Customer Satisfaction Policy and Product Returns: 

We want you to be pleased with your shopping experience with Logo Spectrum . That is why there is a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee on all of our products that have not been imprinted or personalized. If you are unhappy for any reason simply return the product in good condition and your account will be issued a Logo Spectrum credit good towards the purchase of new products. Your account will be credited for the product cost less shipping cost. Please see the specific return policy's for each product type. 


1. Name Badges - *30 Day return policy for 100% credit towards new badge. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product. This does not include shipping cost which is not credited or refunded.  
                  *Exceptions to the above policy include all orders where the customer created the layout in our online design center or if an artwork approval was sent to the client with the error on the document and the client did not respond prior to the order being produced. We will, however, make the product at a 50% discount once the misspelled items have been returned. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product.


2. Stock Agent Gear - 15 Day return less a restocking fee of 25% of the list price. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product. Product must be returned in re sellable condition. 

3. Signage, Car Magnets or Stock Promotional Magnets- Since we cannot reuse or reclaim these products they have more restrictive return conditions. You have 15 Days from the date you receive the item to return it for 50% internal credit towards the purchase of another item. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product. 

4. Special Order Promotional Products - No returns allowed on these products 

5. Embroidered Apparel –We at Logo Spectrum  strive to satisfy all of our customers. If, for some reason, you are not delighted with your order, give us a call and we will do everything possible to make you happy. Custom orders are not returnable as they are all made to order. All specially discounted items such as clearance, are final sales. Since all of our apparel is decorated to order we can only offer 15 Day return for a 50% internal credit towards the purchase of another item. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product and shipping cost of new product.

Manufacturing or Material Defects Warranty: 
There is a 90 limited warranty on all for personalized and non-personalized products. The 90 day limited warranty covers manufacturing or material defects. This warranty give us the “seller” the right to either exchange the product with a new or recondition product or credit the "buyer" the product cost less shipping charges. 

Spelling Errors: 
Spelling errors of personalized products produced by Logo Spectrum will be replaced at no charge. The claim is filled within 10 days of your products delivery.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
